Addiction

Morphine, novocaine
Anything to ease the pain
This suffering is all too real
Compared to what I used to feel
Yellow teeth and holes in jaws
Along with many other flaws
Are surely what’s to follow next
In this horrid tangled mess
Of long addictions never overcome
Soon I’ll wake to the ventilator’s hum

About Nadine Worley

Call me Nadine or Nay;; I live life to it's fullest. I'm just a girl, not a hero. I'm fourteen and extremely random. Laughing is my specialty. Along with the ability to love someone more then others are capable of. If I love you, take advantage of it. Because even if you don't, I'm still going to care for you anyway. Music is what keeps me going sometimes. Lately I've been watching alot of House. Some people choose to be ignorant, but I'm not one of them. After watching your life flash before your eyes, you're bound to want to have alot of fun times. My opinion isn't always right but sometimes it's the closest thing I've got to the truth.

  1. This gave me a chill. It’s written in a light hearted way but speaks heavy volumes of suffering.
